Avaya 9611: Call Transferring

The following is a step-by-step guide for using the call transferring feature of an Avaya 9611 telephone.

Transferring Calls:

1. While on the line with a caller, press the “Transfer” button option displayed on the screen

2. Dial 5-Digit Extension Number

3. Press the “Complete” button option displayed on the screen.

4. Hang up the phone.
