Cisco Jabber Softphone: Changing your Password

When a User's myLSU password is changed, it sometimes causes issues with using Cisco Jabber. 

For PC Users: 
  1. Click on the Gear Icon (top right) of Jabber Application. 
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Accounts.
  4. Enter current myLSU password in the password field.
  5. Click Apply.

 

For Mac Users: 
  1. Click on the Jabber Drop Down (top left of application next to Apple icon).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Accounts.
  4. Enter current myLSU password in the password field.
  5. Click Apply.

 

NOTE: Users (both PC and Mac) may still need to reboot their computer after performing these steps.
